Official Rules – Arre USA Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including without limitation X Corp. (formerly Twitter), Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram Inc., TikTok Inc., or Google LLC (“Social Media Platform(s)”).

 

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Arre USA, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Website: www.arreusa.com

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Arre USA, its affiliates, marketing agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and their respective spouses), or those living in the same household (related or not), are not eligible.

Note: If you or someone in your household has won a sweepstakes prize from Arre USA in the last 12 months, you are not eligible.

 

 

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

 

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The start and end dates of the Sweepstakes are listed on the official page at www.arreusa.com. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeper.

 

 

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRY

Earn entries by purchasing at www.arreusa.com based on the following structure:

  • $60 = 1 entry

  • $100 = 2 entries

  • $200 = 5 entries

  • $300 = 8 entries

  • $500 = 15 entries

  • $1,000 = 33 entries

  • $80 = Cap = 1 Entry
  • $105 = 3 Caps = 1 Entry

 

Entries are calculated on the pre-tax total. Shipping and discounts are excluded. Fraudulent activity, including purchasing to return after entry, may result in disqualification.

Limit: 2 purchase transactions per person per day.

 

6. BONUS ENTRY PERIODS

Bonus multipliers may be announced at www.arreusa.com or via Arre USA’s social channels. During these, entry values per dollar or mail-in increase.

 

7. PRIZE

The winner will have the option to choose from:

Option A:

Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, licensing, and transportation of prizes.

 

8. WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be selected at random . Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

 

 

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified by phone, email, or mail. If a winner does not respond within 3 business days, or fails to complete required paperwork, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and may be required to submit a W-9 form (or W8-BEN if applicable).

 

 

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner grants permission for Arre USA to use their name, image, voice, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without compensation unless prohibited by law.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Arre USA and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, entry errors, lost mail, or unauthorized access.

Entrants waive the right to seek indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

12. DISPUTES

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All claims must be brought individually in a court located in California.

Entrants waive the right to:

  • Participate in a class action

  • Seek punitive or consequential damages

  • Any injunctive or equitable relief

 

13. WINNER LIST

The winner will be posted at www.arreusa.com.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned. Any attempt to tamper with the process or undermine the fairness of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

15. Via Mail

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may obtain Sweepstakes entries by legibly hand-printing, on a 3” x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to: Arre USA Sweepstakes #01, 2023 Oleander St, Delano, CA 93215. All entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) days of the deadline. Each mail-in entry received will be worth a number of entries equal to the structure posted on www.arreusa.com, ranging from one (1) to thirty-three (33) entries, depending on the equivalent purchase tier during the promotional period. For example, writing “1x”, on the bottom left-hand corner of the envelope will designate the intended entry tier. If the written multiplier does not match the current promotion period or is not legible, the entry may be disqualified. Entrants may also receive 1x entry by mailing. For all mail-in methods, entries must be handwritten by the entrant only. The use of third-party services or mass/bulk mailings is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged.
